The SPI panel

The Supervisory Priorities Index is a panel of 356 agency-year observations covering the OCC (1863–2026), the Federal Reserve (1914–2026), and the FDIC (1934–2026). Each row scores the written record of that agency in that year against ten L0 risk domains and roughly fifty L1 sub-domains, plus political and stance metadata.
